Import, source and export, end to end.

Nexiris Global verifies who you are dealing with in India, using public records, and then facilitates the transaction that follows: counterparties, agents, documents and authorities, managed from first contact to completion.

One coordinated deal, three ways in.

Whether you are finding a counterparty, bringing goods in or sending them out, the same discipline applies: both sides verified, terms set in writing, and every milestone tracked through to handover.

01

Sourcing

Identifying and verifying Indian suppliers, buyers or agents, with a clear account of why any candidate was set aside.

  • Counterparty selection and vetting
  • Shortlist of verified candidates, typically in 2–3 weeks
  • Reasons given for every candidate rejected
02

Import

Bringing goods in through the right agents, with paperwork and authority correspondence handled in step with the consignment.

  • Freight forwarders and customs brokers appointed and overseen
  • Documentation and compliance support
  • Consignments tracked and port issues resolved
03

Export

Taking high-value consignments to overseas buyers, with counterparties, intermediaries, documents and clearances checked before goods move.

  • Cross-border transaction facilitation, first contact to completion
  • Indian tax and statutory obligations reviewed
  • Correspondence with government departments

High-value trades fail in the gaps: a missing document, an agent who was never briefed, a payment released before a condition was met. We run the deal as one tracked timeline so every party knows what happens next.

A new trading company's directors were linked to an earlier insolvency that left creditors unpaid in the same commodity.

OutcomePayment terms moved to a confirmed letter of credit.

Common questions.

What kinds of transactions do you facilitate?

High-value cross-border transactions between a foreign principal and an Indian party, across sourcing, import and export, from first contact to completion.

Do you handle customs and freight yourselves?

We appoint and oversee specialist agents such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, track the consignment and resolve port issues, keeping their work aligned to the deal's milestones.

What if I'm unsure about a party in my deal?

Ask us to run expert research on them. Reports come at Basic, Enhanced and Full depth and can be run ahead of or alongside a transaction.

How long do checks take, and what do they cost?

A Basic check typically takes 3–5 working days, Enhanced 5–7, and a Full report 2–3 weeks. These are indicative, not guaranteed. Fees are quoted case by case, in USD, before work begins.

Is my request confidential?

Yes. Engagements are handled on a need-to-know basis, and no counterparty is contacted about your enquiry without your instruction.

Do you provide legal or investment advice?

No. We facilitate transactions and provide factual risk intelligence to support your own decisions.
